Named for his father, Luis—aka "Tio Lucho"—a larger-than-life figure in both the kitchen and Castillo’s life, this Poncey-Highland gem delivers a menu that’s as bold as its story. Think bright ceviches drenched in leche de tigre, wok-fired Lomo Saltado that practically dances off the plate, and homages to Northern Peru, all with a distinctly Atlanta twist.
